      核酸染色剂碘化己烷可透过哺乳动物细胞,并在存在革兰氏阴性细菌的情况下选择性染色几乎所有革兰氏阳性细菌。碘化己binding在结合DNA时显示最大〜518/600 nm的激发/发射。通常,真核细胞的细胞质和细胞核均显示碘化己酸染色。我们不建议将其用作核染色剂,因为它会污染其他亚细胞隔室。
