产品介绍

ATTO 488酸是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料。别藻蓝蛋白(APC)是从螺旋藻(一种蓝绿藻)中分离的藻胆蛋白。与其他藻胆蛋白一样,APC是荧光的,具有极高的吸收率和高量子效率。它是一种蛋白质,通过常规蛋白质交联技术可以很容易地与抗体和其他蛋白质连接,而不会改变其光谱特征。APC-Cy7是流式细胞仪中常用的颜色。其主要吸收峰位于651nm,发射峰位于~780nm。AAT Bioquest还提供独特的预活化APC-Cy7,以促进APC-Cy7串联结合抗体和其他蛋白质,如链霉抗生物素蛋白和其他二级试剂。我们的预活化APC-Cy7串联已准备好结合,产生比常规繁琐的基于SMCC的缀合化学高得多的产率。百萤生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供优质的ATTO 488酸。
