产品简介

带正电荷的罗丹明染料(如罗丹明酯类和玫瑰胺类)能特异性积聚于线粒体,因此被广泛用于活细胞线粒体标记。其中,TMRM(四甲基罗丹明甲酯)和TMRE(四甲基罗丹明乙酯)与JC-1类似,除用于线粒体特异性染色外,还可检测线粒体膜电位(ΔΨm)。这两种染料可使线粒体呈现明亮的橙色荧光(激发/发射波长:548/573 nm),其光谱特性与TRITC高度相似,便于使用常规荧光显微镜的TRITC滤光片组进行观察。值得注意的是,由于乙酯基团比甲酯基团多一个亚甲基,TMRE的疏水性略高于TMRM,这一特性使TMRE在神经元等难转染细胞中具有更好的穿透效率,但同时也可能增加非特异性结合的风险。
