产品介绍
碘化丙锭(PI)与溴化乙锭同属一类荧光染料，其特性包括：
(1)与核酸结合后荧光强度增强20-30倍
(2)与DAPI和吖啶橙类似，可同时与RNA结合；
(3)主要应用于三个方面：作为死细胞标志物区分细胞群中的死细胞、作为多色荧光实验中的核复染剂、以及鉴别坏死细胞/凋亡细胞/正常细胞；
(4)兼容荧光显微镜、流式细胞仪和荧光分光光度计等检测平台。
