产品介绍
碘化丙锭（PI）与溴化乙锭同属一类化学物质。与溴化乙锭类似，PI与核酸结合后荧光强度可增强20-30倍，其荧光激发峰红移30-40 nm，发射峰蓝移约15 nm。与DAPI和吖啶橙类似，PI也能与RNA结合。该染料常用于：1）鉴别细胞群中的死细胞；2）作为多色荧光技术中的复染剂；3）区分坏死细胞、凋亡细胞和正常细胞，适用于荧光显微镜、流式细胞术及荧光测定等多种检测平台。
